*A new Civitan club is forming here in Sumner County. Tennessee Club organizers invite community residents to attend organizational meetings to be held at the Hendersonville Public Library. The club will meet each week on Thursday at 6:30 and after that to be determined by members twice a month. Civitan is a worldwide organization of community service clubs. Members enjoy personal and professional development opportunities while helping others. Civitan's major emphasis is helping people with developmental disabilities. Civitan funds the Civitan International Research Center in Birmingham Alabama that is a research and treatment facility for developmental disabilities. Local clubs are involved in a variety of community service projects based on the needs of the community. *Dry Fork Cumberland Presbyterian Church welcomes you to join us for our 135th celebration. We are having special services each Sunday.
