Fourty graduate from 2020 Leadership Middle Tennessee

Leadership Middle Tennessee is proud to recognize the 40 class members in graduation reception this summer. While hitting the pause button on the 2020 program, the determined class of regional leaders powered through the program, eventually completed the extended programming in 2021. Leadership Middle Tennessee helps leaders and their organizations to become more effective by helping them broaden their perspective and impact in the region. Our program takes established leaders on a journey through Middle Tennessee to uncover what makes this area so incredible and how leaders can use their strengths to make it even better.

“I am so proud of this group of leaders for many reasons. They are not only the longest class ever in the history of LMT to graduate (665 days), but the most adaptable and tough. It’s been a journey,” states Leadership Middle Tennessee President Lee Rucks.

The individuals who represent Sumner County and the Leadership Middle Tennessee Class of 2020 in 2021 are Nicholas Bishop, Vol State Community College; Alana Hibbler, City of Hendersonville; Andrew Jennings, The Farmers Bank, and Van Oldham, GreenLID Design.
