Newton Nissan of Gallatin has been certified in the J.D. Power 2020 Dealer of Excellence Program, which recognizes a select number of dealerships throughout the United States that provide exceptional customer service.

The J.D. Power Dealer of Excellence Award is exclusive, and therefore not all dealerships qualify. Newton Nissan received this distinction because of their diligence to give every customer an outstanding experience, whether they are buying a new or used vehicle, or are in our service department. 

 

To qualify, Newton Nissan had to pass three specific steps with J.D. Power:

 

First, the qualifiers are limited to the dealerships within top-performing brands.. Second, the dealership’s customer satisfaction scores had to be top-notch. And finally, Newton Nissan had to pass an in-store audit to show that they met or exceeded J.D. Power sales best practices. These included:

  • listing vehicle inventory and pricing on the dealership website; 
  • negotiating in an efficient and transparent manner; 
  • offering a fair trade-in value; 
  • and presenting a clear and easy-to-understand menu of finance and insurance products.
