Sylvia Lee Vradenburg, age 80 of Gallatin passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2021.
Funeral Service was Tuesday, February 23rd at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Family Heritage Funeral Home, with Dr. Travis Fleming and Richard Stephenson officiating. Visitation was Monday, February 22nd from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday, February 23rd from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Interment followed the service at Sumner Memorial Gardens, with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Mrs. Vradenburg was born October 20, 1940 in Davidson County to the late Lloyd Perry Webb, Sr and Elisabeth Lee Smith Webb. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by brother, Lloyd P. Webb, Jr. She is survived by husband of 59 years, Jerry Vradenburg; daughter, Tina Marie Holland (Ken) of Gallatin; son, Jerry Wayne “Tip” Vradenburg, Jr of Gallatin; 3 grandchildren, Dustin Lee Hopper, Dylan Wayne Hopper, and Dalton Wayne Vradenburg; and 1 great grandchild, Harlem Hopper. Mrs. Vradenburg was a long-time teacher who affected many, many lives throughout the community; she retired after 30 years of service.
