Ode to the Christmas Parade

Baker

Baker

Oh, our sweet Christmas Parade…

it is fast approaching and on the way!

A day of imagination

and smiles galore

Gathering of families

floats and more

It is marching bands

with crowns and flags

Cartoon characters

and school teams with swag

It is community heroes

always here for me and you

their efforts are always big, hardly small

and no matter what, they impact us all

Fire Chief Beaman and the GFD crew

Weidner, Weatherford, and all in tan, black, and blue

Sirens roar from GPD and Police Chief Bandy

Santa Claus, Mayor Brown, and lots and lots of candy!

It is a day of community

when all rivalries go away

a time to be thankful

to celebrate and enjoy the day

An annual event

the Gallatin Area Chamber of Commerce loves to give

showing our thanks

for the support of community and friends

So, mark down the date

and don’t forget

the second Saturday in December

this free, city-wide event!

“Past, Present, & Future: Celebrating 100 Years of the Gallatin Chamber”

This Saturday, Dec. 11, at 12 p.m.
