In this action, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Clerk and Master, from the Plaintiffs’ complaint which is sworn to that the whereabouts of Carlos Antonio Reyes Rivas are unknown and cannot be ascertained after diligent search and inquiry so that the ordinary process of law cannot be served upon him.

NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE

WHEREAS, Scott William Gearing executed a Construction Deed of Trust to Matthew D. Ricker, Trustee, dated January 17, 2020, of record in Record Book 5131, Page 341, as modified at Record Book 5317, Page 602, Register’s Office for Sumner County, Tennessee, to secure an indebtedness evidenced by a Promissory Note payable to the order of Volunteer State Bank, hereinafter referred to as the “Deed of Trust”; and
