NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Gallatin Municipal Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing

and consider the following items on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at 5:30 p.m.:

The owner and applicant request a variance of 8,124.87 square feet

from the Minimum Development Area per Dwelling Unit per Section

06.06.030.B of the Gallatin Zoning Ordinance, to allow two (2) dwelling
