It is therefore Ordered that the respondent, enter her appearance herein on or before July 26, 2021 and answer petitioner's bill or the same will be taken as confessed as to her and the matter will be set for hearing exparte. A copy of this Order will be published for four consecutive weeks in Gallatin New, a newspaper published in Gallatin, Sumner County, Tennessee.

In the cause, it appearing from the Order of Publication, that the whereabouts of the Defendants, New Hope Construction, Inc. and W. Russel Meade, cannot be ascertained upon diligent inquiry. Its hereby ordered that publication be made for be (4) consecutive weeks, as required by law, in The Gallatin News, a newspaper published in Sumner County, Tennessee, notifying the Defendants, New Hope Construction, Inc. and W. Russel Meade. The Defendants, New Hope Construction, Inc. and W. Russell Meade, are to file an answer with this court and a copy to Plaintiff's attorney, Jennifer A. Mitchell, whose address is P. O. Box 666, Dunlap, Tennessee 37327, wilt 30 days from the last date of publication, exclusive of the last date of publication, or a judgment  by default may be entered and the cause set for hearing ex parte as to said Defendants. If there is no answer, a bearing on Plaintiff's motion for default judgment shall be heard on August 25, 2021 at 900 am (CST). Failure to answer or appear may result in a
