WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated June 5, 2014, executed by Layna C. Rowlett to U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, Trustee, for U.S. Bank National Association, its successors and assigns, and appearing of record on June 26, 2014, in the Registerís Office of Sumner County, Tennessee, at Record Book 3962 Page 548 and Instrument Number 1088775.

PUBLIC HEARING

The Millersville City Commission will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at 5:30 P.M. at the Community Center, 1181 Louisville Highway, to consider the following:

  1. Ordinance 19-731, to amend Chapter 78 of the Code of Ordinances related to Speed Limits for Highway 31-W/Louisville Highway.

  2. Ordinance 19-732, to amend Chapter 78, Sections 78-84 through 78-88, of the Code of Ordinances related to Speed Limits on certain City Streets and Subdivisions.

  3. Ordinance 19-733, to convert C. Smith Street to a one-way street.
