GALLATIN HOUSING AUTHORITY “GHA”

2022 Annual Agency Plan

The Gallatin Housing Authority (GHA) has developed its 2022 Annual PHA Plan

that outlines the Agency’s capital improvement, and its administrative needs

for fiscal year 2022. Due to the Delta Variant pandemic and the awareness to

practice social distancing: a public hearing by way of Zoom is scheduled for

11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 19, 2021. To gain access to the meeting go to:

All bidders must be licensed Contractors as required by the Contractors

Licensing Act of 1994 (TCA Title 62-6-119) with all bid submittals conforming

to the State of Tennessee requirements. All bidders shall provide evidence

of a license in the appropriate classification before a bid can be considered.

Walk Through and Prebid Conference

At 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 21, 2021, a prebid conference will be
