Petitioner has demonstrated by the affidavit of Hannah Burdine, attorney for the Petitioners; that set forth applicable grounds from T.C.A. § 21-1-203(a), to wit:

a.  The Respondent, Phillip Craig Wood, has been a resident of multiple states;

b.  Upon Inquiry at the Respondent's usual place of abode, the Respondent cannot be found so as to be served with process, and there is just ground to believe that the
